The creators of the Sante Cutarras brand, Jony & Nay, are both from Sante, they grew up in the city of Las Tablas together, where they studied and dreamed together of a future full of opportunities and adventures.

They never imagined, back then, that their lives would be so united today by the beautiful project that they both created and carry out. Santé is a brand that made the traditional shoe from Panama, the Cutarra, trendy and fashionable. The unimaginable for the less folkloric city dwellers happened! peasant footwear is now paraded on the catwalks at Fashion Week Panama, worn by clients in Japan, NY and Madrid!

The dream is big, Panama has the great challenge of competing with more industrialized countries, countries with raw materials and cutting-edge industrial technology; but these two guys don't give up! They will continue to "evolve with respect" which they explain means making the Cutarras here in Panama , not in China, not in Colombia, not in another country; here! because Cutarra is from Panama ...
