Our return policy is 30 days after purchase; After this period we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Products such as gift certificates or products valued less than $50.00 will not be returned due to their high return cost.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds (if applicable) are granted for products with certain obvious signs of use.

Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged, for reasons other than our error, will not be refunded. Nor are any items returned more than 30 days after purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve your return claim, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received our refund, we ask that you please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Following contact with your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a new one, send us an email to hola@santecutarras.com and then make physical shipment to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to be exchanged may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If your item was marked as a gift certificate during checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a return credit for the value of the gift. Once we receive the returned item you will receive the funds in a new gift certificate.

If your item was not purchased as a gift certificate, or the buyer of your gift ships your gift directly to them for later delivery to you, we will refund the buyer of your gift and they will need to find a way to get your gift to you. new article.
